Peel ply

Peel ply makes it easier to laminate large parts and to perform small repairs. Laborious sanding of surfaces prior to bonding or varnishing is no longer required, and surfaces are clean with a defined, consistent quality.

Fillers

Haufler Composites stocks fillers such as milled carbon fibre, chopped carbon fibre, microballoons and cotton flock. Fillers are added to resins to create adhesives or smoothing compounds.

Release agents

For the manufacture of thermoset and thermoplastic fibre composite components we stock semi-permanent release agents for standard applications and special high-temperature release agents with a temperature resistance up to 400 °C.

Tools

Tools such as electric micro-serrated shears for cutting carbon, aramid or glass fibre materials efficiently are also available in our online shop.

Films

Our release and vacuum films cover a temperature range up to 450 °C. Alongside modified polyamides, we also stock polyimide film for high-temperature applications.
