- Smooth and glossy on both sides from 0.5 mm thickness
- Smooth and glossy on one side, bond-ready textured on the other (protected by peel ply) from 0.3 mm thickness
- Bond-ready textured on both sides (protected by peel ply) from 0.3 mm thickness
- Ground surface from 1 mm thickness
- Freely selectable fibre orientation (unidirectional, bidirectional, multidirectional)
- Also available in high-modulus fibres
- Plate thickness up to 100 mm
CFRP – a high-performance material
CFRP plate materials offer a broad range of uses, from high-performance skis through measuring tool components and tool carriers to the axes of laser cutting systems.
As a manufacturer we do not supply off-the-shelf standard CFRP semi-finished products; we always produce optimised for the specific project: the carbon fibres are selected and oriented for optimum stiffness and strength.
Depending on the requirements, the matrix used is mainly epoxy resin or PEEK (polyetheretherketone).
CFRP semi-finished products and CFRP plates can be machined conventionally; they are brought "into shape" by water-jet cutting and milling.
Our CFRP plates are used in mechanical engineering, medical technology, metrology, robotics, car tuning, model making, the sports industry and watchmaking (cases, dials) and more.
The advantages for our customers lie in avoiding high tooling costs, short delivery times and high precision.
Besides semi-finished plate products, our range also includes tubes and profiles.
CFRP plates are characterised by:

- very low thermal expansion
- thermal expansion can be adjusted by fibre type and orientation
